Responsibilities:

Designing and developing scalable and efficient software applications using the MERN stack
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements
Creating technical specifications and design documents
Implementing and maintaining software features and enhancements
Performing code reviews and ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards
Identifying and resolving software defects and issues
Participating in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer with expertise in the MERN stack
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
Experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Experience with version control systems, such as Git
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software
