Software Developer - MERN Stack

Experience Level: Minimum 3 to 6 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.

  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Implement security and data protection best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues and propose effective solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in developing web applications using the MERN stack, with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Express.js.

  • Solid understanding of MongoDB and database management.

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration of third-party services.

  • Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Mobx.

  • Understanding of asynchronous programming and Promise handling.

  • Version control using Git and code collaboration using platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:

  • MERN Stack: 3 years (Required)

  • JavaScript: 3 years (Required)

Salary: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
